Save Key Mappings weird behaviour

Hey all. I was twiddling with keyboard and gamepad input rebindings when a problem with the Save Key Mappings node appeared. Whenever the node is used, axis input values and scales change order, even when no modifications are made to inputs as a whole.

So when I was testing with a simple button, inputs were modified like so:

It feels like using Save Key Mappings is reverting axis inputs to a default. This issue mainly makes the gamepad have reversed values for it’s scales, causing reverse behaviour (left goes right, etc.)
Is there any reason I’m missing for this phenoma? Any help as to elucidate this issue is appreciated. Cheers.
