SOLVED
I found an experimental plugin called “Gameplay Behaviors” in the engine plugin folder. This plugin allows the AI blackboard to contain gameplay tags container keys.
NB: the friendly name of this plugin is “AI Behaviors”, thus, you have to look for this entry in the plugins list in the editor
