Save All isn't truly a Full Save? Or is it?

Hi, something that’s bugged for awhile now.

Upon doing a “Save-All”, I notice that I’m still prompted to “Save Content” if I immediately, or soon after, close the project.
That is, despite having already saved everything.

Or does it not cover all bases?

I don’t recall if this has been the case always since I’m not working with UE all the time.

I’ve noticed the material editor has sometimes started doing that if you haven’t compiled it.

Thing is, it’s been doing this repeatedly. Without my touching any materials at all.
