hi all - I posted the same issue in rendering without a response - if I am piloting the cinematic camera, the eyedropper that allows you to sample the scene depth for focusing the camera does not work consistently! it will allow sampling of certain objects, but when I try to sample other objects in the scene it does nothing!- but if I place 2 default cubes into the scene, it works perfectly with them all day long! what is going on here? this is a very useful tool when its working - I have tried this on numerous projects in 4.18 and 4.19. if anyone has any thoughts I would be very grateful!

Hey there having the same exact issue, I noticed it doesn’t work specifically for me with metahuman character. Works fine with other static meshes in the environment. Did you find a solution?
