Same Texutre Different Shade/Color

I imported two assets, with same texture. In Unlit view they have the same color, but in lit mode their shade/color is different.

I i thought that it could be because of some light map settings?
ChatGPT told me it could be because the uvs are too close together…

Is it that selected floor and flat floor with stones around it?

Can you show both materials?

Also tip for doing tileable/modular assets: make master material that has parameters for texture2d, metallic, roughness etc. Then for your assets make instances materials out of that master, and set textures as that instanced material parameters.

For your asset it is either different materials setup, or mesh has different smooth groups/ normals. You wrote it is same in unlit but different in lit mode, so i bet something messed up with normals. Also texture tiling may be different for both assets, so more dense normal map texture results in different lighting on it.
