Sales Reports Missing/Inaccessible

Summary

I am unable to access my sales reports.
The seller guide states to sign into Fab, navigate to the Publish tab, and select Sales Reports. “Sales Reports” is not available on my publisher page, tab, drop down, or anywhere else I can find. I’m not sure if this feature is just not live or if this is a bug, please advise.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to publisher page.

Expected Result

“To open the Sales reports page:
1 - Sign into Fab.
2 - In the top navigation, click Publish.
3 - Select Sales reports.”

Observed Result

Missing “Sales Reports” option, cannot view/track orders, income, etc.

Using Chrome on a Windows operated PC.

I have the same question too. Hope this will fixed soon!

I think it will added shortly on another phase.

For example the Verify Order wasnt present few hours ago:

Same problem - there is no “Sales reports” button …

Hopefully this will be the case! Luckily I’ve discovered Fab sales still show in the sales reports on the default Unreal Marketplace seller portal. This will work for now, but hopefully they fix this soon!

Yes you’re right, I just saw that this morning as I had my first Fab sale.

Just an update, the Fab Sales Reports will be released by the 31st of October, source: As seller, I want to see buying transactions - #17 by skfabby

Excellent news. I’m a little surprised this is a post launch feature, seems pretty essential, but at least its coming soon and I can rest easy!

Update 1:, the page https://www.fab.com/portal/reports/sales
is now available but no data yet.

Update 2: data is available but is not accurate (issue with date and month filter)

I can’t seem to access the reports for November no matter what dates i put in, or any reports for the matter. I can access reports up till October through the Marketplace reports.
Anyone knows how we can access newer reports?

You will need to use Fab report: https://www.fab.com/portal/reports/sales.

UE Marketplace report has stopped recording data(last is October 2024)
