Sales reports for fab don’t show old marketplace sales

Summary

Hello,

The fab sales reports are not showing old sales from the marketplace, were these supposed to transfer over?

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter date from when the marketplace was available.
  2. Click “submit”
  3. Marketplace sales don’t show up.

Expected Result

Marketplace sales we made should show up for record keeping.

Observed Result

Marketplace sales do not show up, only fab sales do.

If this isn’t a bug and marketplace sales don’t show up then please consider adding that as its a good feature to have records of business activity.

Hi there,

It’s currently expected that Fab sales reports show only Fab sales data.
You can continue accessing your UE Marketplace sales reports from the Marketplace Seller Portal.

@James, there is actually another bug in the reports.

I have 2 different results if I look to the sales reports of the same period by day or by month.
Starting from the date fab appeared, in the day report for the month of October I have 5 sales, while in the month report I have 9 sales. According to the old publisher portal I also have 9 sales and not 5. So, some of these sales are lost, at least when looking to reports as separate days.

As I didn’t know if it’s appropriate to post the screenshots of the sales reports on this public forum, I’ve opened a support ticket to Finance/Payouts.

Oh okay, thanks for the quick response. If the old portal shuts down at some point will the team port over the reports from the marketplace to fab at that point?
