I have a question about how the statistics for my Oak Table model are displayed.
In Performance Overview, my Oak Table model shows 1 unit.
However, this transaction is not shown in Reports → Sales.
More than a month ago, the Oak Table model was free, and many users downloaded it while it was free.
About a month ago, I changed the model’s price and made it paid.
Could changing the model from free to paid in any way affect how the statistics are displayed? Could downloads of the previously free version be counted as 1 unit in Performance Overview but not appear in Reports → Sales?
I would like to understand exactly what this 1 unit in Performance Overview represents: whether it is an actual paid transaction, a free download, or some other type of transaction.

Steps to Reproduce
On the Performance Overview page, I see 1 unit for my Oak Table model.
I then open Reports → Sales.
The Oak Table sale is not shown in Reports → Sales.
Why is there a discrepancy in how this transaction is displayed between Performance Overview and Reports → Sales?
Expected Result
If 1 unit is displayed for the Oak Table model in Performance Overview, the corresponding transaction should also be displayed in Reports → Sales, or there should be a clear explanation of why it is not shown there.
Observed Result
Performance Overview shows 1 unit for the Oak Table model, but the corresponding sale is not shown in Reports → Sales.

The issue occurs in both Opera and Google Chrome browsers.
Hey, sale report will not update instantly. It usually updates every 24h at a set time in my experience. Seeing that you posted this 1 day ago, it should show the sale now in the dashboard.
The thing is, I didn’t post this topic on the forum right away. I waited for several days, but my model still did not appear in the sales section. It is still not there, so the issue has not been resolved.
Ah ok. Could it be possible that the asset was purchased before the date range in your sales report? ( before 01.08.2026 ). I also think that every download is counted even if has been download before by that same person.

I just read that it was free before, that is probably the reason. Someone has added it to their library when it was free and just redownloaded it.
You may be right, and most likely that is indeed how it works, as you explained.
In any case, I would like to hear an official answer from the marketplace developers or representatives, just to understand exactly how the system works.
