Hello everyone, I am working on a project with someone in perforce, and they have slow internet, so we don’t want to sync our “saved” folder, because it has 100’s of MBs of data, which will take a while to sync every day, so is it safe to just move the saved folder to somewhere like a desktop? Perforce keeps versions of our files so we aren’t worried about our autosaves a whole lot.

You can safely delete the saved folder or simply not upload it. It holds logs and backup copies of assets so if a problem occurs you can get a copy of the asset. However since you are using source control you should be able to revert data back to a usable state through the source control system you chose.
