RVT Texture stretching

Hello everyone :slight_smile:

Just wondering if anyone had any issues with RVT stretching over a flat mesh?
I’ve followed a few tutorials online about how to set up real time virtual textures and most of them have a fairly similar process with some minor differences here and there but none have really run into the same issue that I have.

I’ve attached a picture of a landscape spline with a road mesh attached to it with my RVT material attached to the road.

does it work correctly on landscape?

It seems to work fine with any megascan rocks that I’ve imported, this road however is a custom mesh and in combination with the RVT landscape mat its causing some heavy black streaks across the mesh.

without looking at any properties from either of the mesh, i would say check the mesh UV’s / material properties. seems like one of the textures is not set up correctly. should be world aligned and repeating

is the mesh scaled uniformly?

Just to be sure I made a new 6x6 road mesh with all scale rotations applied, unwrapped to a square.

I’ve also attached some pics of my landscape and asset materials to give you an idea of where I’m at with it
