RunUAT.bat ERROR: AutomationTool was unable to run successfully

I know there are a lot of these around but I never actually found a solution after hours of searching.

Specs:

  • AMD FX-6300
  • MSI GTX 760 2GB
  • 16GB RAM

Anyways, I had this problem for a while in 4.8 but college upgraded to 4.10 so I decided to as well. The solution was enabling editor symbols for debugging. But after being able to launch for a few days, I get this error again. I believe this started again after I tried to package but couldn’t. I’ve been working on this game for 6 months and need a solution quickly because I have to submit the game in 3 days. Any more info needed?

Could you try deleting your Intermediate, Config and Saved files from your project folder, and then try again? Remember that once your Config folder is saved, any modified configurations will need to be reset.
