Running A Boy and His Kite on a specific PC

I was wondering if I can run A Boy and His Kite in the editor (not necessarily with full details, I just want it to open and go around pretty smoothly) on the following PC:

Intel i3-3220@3.40 GHz
16 GB RAM
Radeon 7700 1 GB VRAM

Yes, you can run this project in editor. But I think, with your hardware, you get very low fps.

CPU Min: 4 core CPU @ 2.8ghz Recommended: 6 core CPU @ 3.3ghz or better. GPU Min: GTX 680 Recommended: GTX 980 or better. RAM Min: 8gb Recommended: 24gb. 20gb of disk space (download is 6gb, building the lighting will take up the rest)
