There is a known bug that you might get a green flashing screen when you start up the game (this is due to the latest windows update) , all you need to do is get to the options screen and press any of the overall scalability settings (the buttons that go from low - to cinematic) pressing any of those buttons will stop the green screen, and then you can press Auto-Detect to let the system choose the best graphics settings for you.
