Ruined speedtree UV0 on import

Importing model from speedtree destroys UV0 channel . Model looks ok in speedtree editor. Here is the link to file:

Having overlapping UVs in uv0 doesn’t mean it’s “ruined”. I imported your srt, and it works fine once you put some textures on it (which should have happened as part of import as long as you didn’t move the srt away from the textures).
