RPMS only updating after getting X velocity

i have a problem with a vehicle RPMS, it only updates after some speed, i dont know what it could cause it, i tried a lot of things but it doesnt work like it is supposed to, here is a demostration of my problem

i know that it looks like it is the problem but it isnt, the shape is just for testing, and here is a bit of the mechanical setup:


if anyone can help i would be so grateful, anyway ill be waiting for any solution.

i have found another clue, it not only happens when starting the vehicle, it happens when the velocity is lower than X value, after that it starts to register the RPMS, so im leaving out the bad setup of wheels, physics asset of the problem, ill keep experimentating with it until i maybe found a solution or someone knows how to fix it :stuck_out_tongue:
