Royalty Report form not working

Hello Epic Games,

I am unable to fill and send a Royalty Report for our UDK-based game released in 2016 with Unreal Engine Royalty Form - Formstack as it no longer accepts release dates from 2016 (and before).

Please advise.

Title version tag is just so that it will allow me to post… :unamused:
