Project Title:
Nothing to See Here
Description:
A single-player Unreal Engine 5 adventure built around conspiracy theories and dark humour, combining exploration, deck building and tactical card battles.
Inspired by early Pokémon games, players travel between towns, build their decks and challenge opponents while investigating reptilian infiltrators, aliens and the Illuminati. Expect absurd cover-ups, suspicious characters and officials insisting there’s absolutely nothing to see here.
The visual direction uses illustrated sprites in a 2.5D graphic-novel style. But happy to change directions on the art. An early playable Unreal prototype already exists. The card game has a MVP / prototype browser version you can play against bots or in multiplayer.
Includes:
- World exploration
- Card collecting, deck building and planned arena challenges.
- Conspiracy mysteries, environmental clues and dark comedy.
