Royalty for "Non UE" version of game

I’d like to develop an adventure/visual novel 2D game.

I render some visual assets of game (some backgrounds and some cut-scenes ) in UE.
I use UE to develop Windows version of the game.
I use another engine for HTML5/mobile version.

I have to pay royalties for the revenue generated from the non UE versions (Which contain some assets rendered in UE)?
