Royalties due - no response from Epic

Hi,

I contacted the royalty@unrealengine.com with our sales details on January 25th (as we had gotten them from Valve), but have not heard back with the bank details so we can pay the royalties. I also pinged the release@unrealengine.com email, but no response there either. It’s nearly been 45 days since the end of the quarter, but we have been unable to make the payment without the bank details.
