Hi I am 3D graphic designer Id like to know if i have my own bizness and want use Unreal Engine 4.14 to make Architectural Visualization and sell it to customers or other company like home brokers than i have to get some special licence? And pay you royality (if yes how much?)
Usually arch/viz usage is royalty-free. Custom work-for-hire fees (i.e., your client pays you a fee to do custom work for them) is royalty free. And there is no other royalty unless the work is then sold to a general audience (like on an app store) which is very unlikely.
So I - as a business owner can give an invoice to my client and I’m not pay any royality? I am askinging twice becouse I dont understand this - work for hire, becouse I read that it means - I am an employe not business owner, and I am wondering - if business owner statute - make the difference? And what If my client/company I am sell my arch project want use it as an advertisement his business?
I don’t think I understand all of your questions. But if your client pays you for custom arch/viz work, there is no royalty on that invoice amount.
You mention if the client uses it as advertising for the business - I’m guessing they will just use still images or non-interactive video. Those uses are royalty free as well.
Please just tell me I am understand it right. If I will make Arch Visualization and allow my client to move around inside his virtual house interact with door (open close) etc is it mean its not Visualization any more? is it kind of game what i cant give him?
That’s fine as well. The only problem is if your client (or you) try to sell this interactive experience to the general public - this seems very unlikely.

No - you’re clear to make an interactive architectural visualization for your client, and those custom work-for-hire fees are royalty free. BUT, if anyone sells (or otherwise monetizes) that interactive visualization to the general public (like an app store), then a royalty applies to that revenue.
Ok, Thank You very much, now everything is clear
