Rotator with fixed angular velocity

Hi everyone. I’m trying to create an turret auto lock target an follow target. I want the turret rotate with extract angular velocity (ex: 30 degree per seconds). i have try to use the RInterp To Node to handler this but it not work like i expect (when the target is behind the turret it rotate too fast and vice versa, not same angular velocity). Do u have any idea to this?
