Rotation reset on a prop will not actually reset the prop rotation when you hold the associated button.

Steps to Reproduce
Select a prop, rotate it, then place the rotated prop, and put away your creative phone, then select the prop again, and try to reset the rotation, it will not do anything.
Expected Result
When you reset the rotation on a placed prop, the prop will reset back to its original rotation as when it was first placed.
Observed Result
When you reset the rotation on a placed prop, the prop will not do anything.

Additional Notes
The rotation reset will only work if you rotate the prop, but instead of placing the prop, you keep the prop selected, and you can reset the rotation while selecting the prop, but it will not work if you have already placed the rotated prop.
