I see there is a translate and a scale during export, to work around the different coordinate systems in max, maya, and other 3d programs could we add a rotation? I can rotate my model by 90 degrees and have it ready to go in all apps I use.

next version will support fbx and the problem with rotation is fixed there. Would it solve your problems or would you still prefer to have this Y/Z-up setting for other formats as obj, ply in the export transformation part of the export dialog ?
