Rotation on angle of view (transform)

Hello,

Just a quick suggestion in Blender its possible to rotate an object on angle of view.
(white circle in picture)
This makes it a lot easier to rotate object at an odd angle (between x and y).
The white circle always faces the camera (almost like a billboard in Unreal).
In Unreal 4.25 you can only rotate x and y, although I know 4.25 is little old now this feature might have already been added in 5.
