Rotating object in sequencer does also unwanted move it

Testing sequencer in archviz in a bathroom, starting with the seat in down position I want to make it up to flat.
Setting keyframes no problems setting the standard position (down) but in the moment I set the rotation to 0 the object move to a completely different position.

Also after using CTRL+Z to return to original status the editor does crash.

Didn’t know if might be some bug or a problem with my object. Below the standard situation with the seat down, or maybe I need to use a different track type.

After checking back and forth with UE4.17, different levels design, file format and export workflow I did solved transforming in obj and importing in that format.
Not 100% sure this was the error, too many changes, fore sure this is the working format in the project.
