Rotating bones in persona is scaled

After importing a rigged rifle model, i saw that the rotation is realy slow, and if i rotate the gizmo of 360 degrees, the bone shift is only around 5 degrees.
How to fix that? I’ve used Blender to rig the model

Got it: need to apply the output scale in blender, so on import it must be set to 1


I’m having the same issue. I was wondering how you fixed this. What do you mean by output scale? What did you set it at?
Export options scale on my side is set at 1. The mesh is the correct scale but the rotation is messed up.

I fixed this issue by scaling the armature object to 0.01 while keeping mesh at 1. Still interested if you did something else?
