Rope style character hair

Hello. I’m learning character pipeline in UE4

I created hair for my character. It is skeletal mesh with physics asset
I tried to attach this hair sample to my character, but it was not simulating. I tried to check ‘Simulate physics’ in blueprint settings (derived from Character) but it was not help.
How should I create rope-style hair? I tried Apex clothing but it was not good with this situation (because hair look likes hose or rope not cloth)



you have to turn on simulate physics on the right menu when the object is selected
