Root Motion Weird behavior

Hey Guys, I have a problem with my root motion. I made a rig and an animation in Blender and it works fine when I open the animation itself

But when I enable root motion and try to use “play animation montage” it moves too far away, same things with other animations, some of them just appear in 4000m to the left or right from the start position. Not sure what to do and how to fix it. I also tried to use motion warping but it doesn’t fix the problem

I created a blank project and the same problem still persists

This happens because your root bone might be 100x scale if you work with blender. Just turn off Use Normalized root motion scale in your animation. It will fix the problem

Unchecking the option fixed my problem, but I don’t know how this option works.
What the “use normalized root motion scale” option really means?
