Root Motion movement distance different everytime

Hi everyone,

I try to implement ladder climbing and the problem is that when I play the animation the character moves different distances every time I play the montage.
Character Movement is disabled when my character is on the ladder and the movement is driven only via root motion.
The animation moves 100.0 units Up/Down in the Z Axis. Player movement is set to flying.
Blend in/out is set to 0.

I’m not sure what is causing the problem maybe someone here can help me out with this one.

i fixed this, the Problem is the Blendin and Blendout Time Setting in the Montage … set this to a lower Value or 0 … this fixed my root motion problem
