Root bone not importing in proper location from Maya?

Hey all,

I’m running into an interesting issue. For some reason my root bone is not importing from Maya to UE in the right place. In Maya, my root bone is located at 0,0,0. When I export as an FBX and import into UE, my root bone is located up higher in the Z direction. This makes root motion impossible. Does anybody have any suggestions? I can send the Maya model if you’d like to try it out for yourself. I’ve also posted a video depicting the issue. Thanks!
