Roller Coaster First Person Camera Rotation


I have attached a first person camera to a roller coast mesh with baked animation from Maya.

Now I am trying to get the camera to follow the direction of the front of the rollercoaster while also enabling player control to look around at the same time.

I read another very similar thread below but I would appreciate a clear, step by step process for a person without a programming background.
