[Rocket Racing] Multiple tracks appearing in session but only single track in editor

I’ve been editing a track spline (alt+dragging new nodes) for some time (first started a month ago). Came back to the project to resume editing and when entering a session I have legacy track data active.

I’ve since nuked the whole track, assets, landscape etc. and started from the first version control snapshot (start line, RR cars and checkpoints). Had been building the track again and all was fine until another hour or so into editing. Had been playing nicely but now all of a sudden I have spaghetti tracks.

I had hit ‘Rebuild Track’ thinking that might fix my problem but alas not.

Can anyone help me understand what the problem might be?
