Rive Plugin For Unreal

Hello,

I am planning a new 2D game in Unreal 5.3. For animations, I am going to use Rive (https://rive.app/). Right now, the only way to use Rive in Unreal is through a plugin released by Rive on GitHub (GitHub - rive-app/rive-unreal).

I was wondering if anyone had any information on whether or not the Rive Unreal plugin is stable and reliable? Also, I have confirmed that Rive plans to release the plugin on the Unreal Engine Marketplace, so I was wondering if anyone also had information on the timeline for when the plugin will become available?

If my questions can’t be answered, would anyone know of any resources that I may be able to reference?

Bumping your questions, and adding mine:

My music “game” is an FPS where i click on buttons, sliders etc, with the cursor in the middle of the screen. Can i manipulate Rive sliders/knobs the same way (via a Camera Linetrace) to control my instruments?
