Recently, I wanted to uninstall UE 5.3.2 from the Epic Games Launcher. However, I kept getting the " IS-MF03-32" error saying there was a write access error.
I had Vanguard anti-cheat from Riot running in background. Closing it fix the issue.
Just doing this post in case you have a similar problem !
