rigid bodies on skeletal meshes are moving too much.

even after i set the angle limit to 0 on X Y and Z, it will still move, it is like it not responding for changes from certain value and below.
But when i lock the axis, it won’t move at all, and it supposed to be equivalent to setting the limit to zero.

In this settings it will still moves around.

Is this with 4.8? And was it different with 4.7?
I noticed a lot of physics trouble in 4.8 projects the I opened as copy from 4.7 projects. In 4.7 everything was fine.

There ís a lot of new stuff in the project settings->physics, and also rigid bodies now have check async in the details panel.
The physics overhaul seems quite big in 4.8, and does not work properly as it seems.
