Right and left hands are not synced in my imported animation from Blender

Hello, UE4 users. I’ve just faced an issue with animation import from Blender. My animation setup in Blender consists of character and weapon, hands are attached to the weapon via IK bones. The problem is, that the animation looks good in Blender, but when I imported it to UE4, hands movement wasn’t synchronized. Why does this even happen? What is the best way to import animations from Blender to UE4?
