Hi every one I have a important (for me ) question. first to verify, in order to bring in a character mesh into ue4 i need a rig with a SKELETON correct? second. can i rig it in modo and bring it into ue4? or should i use maya LT, as of now im planning to use maya LT. Last question, there is a training series on digital tutors where they rig a character in maya LT and set up animations and bring it into unity. I was about to attempt to do the course but use ue4 instead. does anybody know if this might not work out if i try this? If this sounds like a bad idea, does anybody knows of any place where i could learn how to rig a character the proper way for unreal engine 4?
