Rigging custom zbrush character with Metahuman: Help!

Hi,
I made a female character in Zbrush and I am considering rigging it with Metahuman. When I export with mesh to metahuman, there is a big discrepancy between how the character looks like vs my zbrush, so much that it looks like two different persons.

Is there a way to use the metahuman rig on my zbrush without losing all the work I have done on zbrush? This means keeping all the texture and structure I made. Whenever I upload mesh to metahuman, it just ends up being a gross approximation, more than 20% off the desired outcome. Is there something I am doing wrong or do you have another workflow to suggest me? Thanks a lot I really appreciate.

I added in attachment how my zbrush looks like, how the metahuman looks like and showcasing the differences just with the neck area as they are obvious.
