I exported the same rhino model using datasmith in Windows 11 and windows 10 environments. But rhino always crashes when exporting to datasmith in Windows 11, but works fine in Windows 10. I have tried to reinstall rhino and datassmith, it still has same crash situation.

If you are still experiencing issues with this, please submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page and attach a copy of the Rhino model that's causing the crash and our support team can look into this.
