Please try following the instructions for Rhino in the Datasmith Exporter Plugin Installer Common Errors on Windows OS to see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue still occurs, which version of the Rhino plugin are you using? The latest version is 5.0.3. If you are on older version, please try downloading the newest version from the Twinmotion Datasmith Exporter plugin for Rhino page. If you are on the latest version of the plugin, please try using the older 4.27.2 version to see if the issue also occurs on that version.

hi there, Im having exactly the same problem. The link given by you is invalid. Could I ask for instructions how to install the plug in properly ? my rhino version is 7 and I'm installing the plug in for version 7

We have released an updated plugin version since this post was originally made. If you plan to use Twinmotion 2023.1, please use the latest plugin downloadable from the top of the page (version 5.1.1).
If you plan to use Twinmotion 2022.2.3 or older, please use the 5.0.3 plugin listed in the Archived versions section.
