Hi everyone,
I’m the founder of Entry Nexus, an early-stage venture exploring a mixed reality platform concept called The Oryn. I’m currently assembling a very small core team to help build a short Unreal Engine demo that communicates the vision clearly to partners and investors.
This is not a full game or production build — the focus is a polished 5–10 minute prototype that demonstrates environment, interaction, and presence.
Positions Open
• Unreal Engine Lead / Engineer
• Primary focus on Unreal Engine 5 development
• Responsible for environment setup, lighting, and core interaction systems
• Collaborates closely with the founder on technical direction and scope
• UX/UI Designer (XR-focused)
• Designs user flow, spatial UI, and interaction patterns for XR experiences
• Focuses on clarity, comfort, and ease of use within a short demo experience
• Works closely with the Unreal Engine lead to ensure designs are implemented effectively
Estimated Timeline
• Prototype development is expected to span multiple months
• Early phases will focus on establishing core systems, interaction patterns, and a small number of representative environments
• Additional areas may be introduced incrementally using simplified or placeholder implementations to communicate overall scale and structure
• The broader project vision spans a longer-term roadmap (estimated 7–9 months and beyond)
• Scheduling and pace are flexible and collaborative
What the Project Involves
• Unreal Engine 5 demo (environment + basic interaction)
• Short, contained scope with clear milestones
• Vision-driven prototype intended for investor and partner presentations
Who I’m Looking For
• Strong Unreal Engine experience (Blueprints and/or C++)
• Comfort with environment setup, lighting, and basic interaction systems
• Interest in XR / MR concepts is a plus, but not required
• Someone who enjoys collaborating early on and helping shape direction
Compensation
This is an early-stage project. Initial compensation would be equity and/or revenue share, with the intent to move into paid development as the project matures and funding is secured.
