My problem is that I import the project on Twinmotion 2022 with a direct link from Revit Autodesk 2022, but after a while working, it happens that the link disconnects so there is no connection between Revit and Twinmotion nor the direct link. Also, I can't or I don't know how to reconnect it.
I have tried everything. I reinstalled Twinmotion, Revit and the plugin. It worked for a while but then the same thing happened.
Hello ,
Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the troubles.
Could you confirm you are using the Datasmith Exporter plugin 5.0.3v2 found here:
https://www.twinmotion.com/plugins/revit
You can check the Datasmith version by referencing this article:

When using the Direct Link process it stores the files in a cache folder specified in the connections settings. Changing the path could potentially help and making sure the permissions to that folder are correct.
Also make sure there are no blocked ports or your firewall is not blocking the applications.
Are you on a wifi or wired network and does it make a difference, is one a public or private network?
You can reference this article on how to check any blocked ports:
https://helpdeskgeek.com/networking/determine-open-and-blocked-ports/
Process Monitor application can be used to find out what port Revit and Twinmotion are using:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon
If the problem persists please contact us directly so we can further investigate.

I have this same issue after working awhile revit loses the connection with twinmotion and I can't get it back. Are you saying that changing the location of the cache will reconnect it or prevent it from disconnecting in the future.
