Anyone know how to fix this?
Whenever I try to export 3d model from Revit using datasmith, I got this message.
I tested both office computer and home computer. I keep receiving this message.

Revit 2020
Most recent Datasmith version

This is likely a family our exporter struggles to export. Can you share the scene (or even better a slimmed down version that triggers the error) so our dev team gets a fix for it ?

Hi Antoine,
I ungroup all grouped objects and it seems it’s working.
It looks if the objects are grouped more than two times, it will cause the error.
Group object which has a group inside the group causes the problem but I am not dev so not 100% sure.

Hmm I was not able to repro the crash even by nesting objects in multiple groups.
If you ever come across that but again, can you send us a file so we can try to repro ?

I am having this same problem and I would like to get to the bottom of it, I am running Revit 2022 and Twinmotion. Is there a way I can send files to the developers at Epic to figure out how to fix this?
