Revit 2025.4 to Twinmotion 2024.1

I am attempting to start using Twinmotion again. I used it last some years ago when it was first offered with Revit. From what I can remember from then was it was not a straight forward process to get into it. Now I am back and struggling again.

I have revit 2025.4 installed as well as Twinmotion 2024.1 and 2025.1. I have unreal engines 5.1.1, 5.2.1, & 5.5.4

When I open in TM from Revit it does the loading ( TM 2024 ) and new project and then gets to the window with the stone sphere in the desert. That is it. Been installing and reinstalling and buggering around with random videos and attempting a dozen different revit models and can not seem to figure out where the issue lies.

Any help is appreciated as I am guessing this is a pretty simple issue on my end.

I found a video from the revitkid where it was advised to not use the “view in twinmotion” option in revit but rather export the datasmith and import once in TM. Totally worked this way around with minimal glitches.
