I have this error:
This project can’t be found at its expected location. If you have it on your computer, use the Browse button to find it. If not, you may need to sync it from your revision control system
after that i bougth a new pc. can i sync it or download it in another way?

You can:

  • Go back to your old PC
  • Enable Unreal Revision Control on your project.
  • Create a snapshot for your project.

Now if you go to your new PC, you have the option to download it there in the UEFN Project Dialog.
