Reverting my island by multiple auto-saves.

I need help reverting my island by auto-saves. I cannot use a backup because the island was last backed up over 6 months ago. I want to revert it because of a undeletable prop called the “laval Pool” prop that also emits a large amount of light.

There are two possible ways to get rid of just the laval Pool without needing to revert your island

1 Select and Right Click on the laval Pool and select Replace Selected Actor with.. and choose a prop, then delete that prop

if that doesn’t work

2 Select and Right Click on the laval Pool and select Copy Selected Actor(s) File Path
then paste it into Windows Explorer to find where the UASSET file is, close your map in UEFN, then delete the UASSET with windows,

If its corrupted and can’t be deleted, move the file to a different location and rename it BadBits or something,

load your map and hopefully its gone

Check in changes and make a snapshot

I am assuming this isn’t a UEFN island given the post has fortnite-creative tags only and no UE tags, @TheGamerSide67 try following this video and make sure to back out to the lobby exactly like the video does, and let me know if that deletes it.

How do I do this if the prop is on the ground, and upright at a 90 degree angle? @Mineblo

Nevermind, found out how to do it if the prop is upright and on the ground.

Turns out just leaving the game entirely, and deleting the floor the prop is attached to, will break the prop. I am assuming this happening because out of frustration I pickaxed the prop before giving up.

Not a recommended course of action to pickaxe something out of frustration… he he How Cool…

Lucky it was attached, or can undeletable props be attached and this method can be a workaround for creative ?
