When going forward or with no inputs I want the vehicle to rotate in one direction and then reverse rotation while holding the reverse button. It’s probably simple, but I’m new to this and can’t seem to get this to work. Any ideas?
So, how are you currently doing the rotation? Timeline? If so, just place the correct inputs in play/reverse. If not, well, show BP screenshot.
Ok so first image is almost working, because going in reverse is -1 so it then reverses the rotate direction in reverse. The problem with that is though it won’t rotate while being stationary. The second image is by measuring the vector. I followed a tutorial to get the second one. It works correctly, but it can get twitchy when the vehicle is stationary. I played around with some settings and it feels stable now. I just wish there was a way to just reverse directions while holding the “reverse key” otherwise forward and stationary wouldn’t be effected.
