I was wondering if someone might be able to share their wisdom with me about how to make a reusable bola? Also curious about how to do a reusable grappling hook too. I was messing with the settings and used the “infinite ammo”, but noticed that the bola animation doesn’t seem to reload. I’m new to modding and thought it would be a fun project to try.

i think for the Grappling you have to create a new BP. I dont know exactly.
Maybe you can work with durabillity. So you can use every Grappling 10 times until its broken.
An other way, that can help is the “give item when used” setting in the main BP. There you can link the Bola or the Grappling and after using the item you get it back to your inventory.
I’m still trying to understand the BP graph part and it super confuses me. I think I tried the “give item when used” before and it didnt work. I had put it on the back burner because I didnt know what to do or try but I guess I will try again. Thanks for the advise.
