Why is it that some people buy models, then dispute the purchase, and… keep the models? How can you tell if they’ve downloaded them, or whether they actually paid? There’s no information, nor any way to know if this is a known issue or how to resolve it, Or scammers who want free models? —it’s a bit chaotic, isn’t it?
I think (?) you can only ask for a refund from Epic if you haven’t actually downloaded the asset, if you have you’ll have to reach out to the creator and ask them if they could refund (but I could be wrong so hopefully someone else has better insights..)
