I’ve got a bunch of Combat animations made for a character. Now I am completely swapping the character, including the skeleton, but I want to keep the animations.
The way I had the previous animations, was a bunch of sequencers that had linked animation sequences. This enabled me to easily add changes to the animations whenever I wanted to.
Is there a fast way that I can transfer the animations to the new character, while retaining the same structure (Sequencers, with linked animation sequences).
I’ve made the retargeter, and a new Control Rig with a backwards solve, so I know that I can bake animations to the control rig and create new linked sequences 1 by 1, but this will take quite a while (more than 100 anims).
Is there a faster way?
